Sign Language Mass Responses

We have a parish Goal to create a few diverse and engaging experiences of worship. In our parish we have diversity already, we are both deaf and speaking.  We are going to teach everyone a few basic sign language responses. Why? It is a way of more fully participating in prayer and unity in our parish.

We are encouraging everyone to try! Don’t be afraid to make mistakes! We learn by trying and imitating! Signing is like speaking and we all will do it a little differently!
