St. Mary of the Mount Church & St. Adalbert Church
We are excited to move forward with this effort. The presence of our Parish in both communities can be an important component of community engagement and offer an alternate view of the Church working in the community. We will need to work together, as one Parish, to make this happen and even though we’ve made changes, we’re still dependent on your support, your donations and your time; therefore, we’ll be reaching out to your during 2023 with additional and more specific information as we lead up to the kick-off of the 2023 fundraising campaign.
We will be Fundraising to create gathering spaces, ministry and a reception spaces, as well as repair and update our historic church buildings. We are setting a fundraising goal at 1.5 million. We estimate $.5 million to finish the renovations 403 Grandview Ave for our proposed parish center on Mount Washington, $.5 million to renovate the lower level of St. Adabert Church and create gathering space in the rear of the the church as well as needed repairs to the exterior and interior of the church, and $.5 million for needed exterior and interior repairs to St. Mary of the Mount Church along with a roof that will need to be replaced in the next several years.
The donations raised to date will be used based on the intent of our donors and the current/future needs of our parish community. We currently have close to $1.9 million in donations to begin these projects (about $40,000 for St. Adalbert Church, and about $1.825 million for the parish center renovation on Mt Washington)
During this time, you will be able to make a tax-deductible donation in a number of ways:
